Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website jedx.com.sa and the services provided by JedX Company For Communications and Information Technology ("JedX", "we", "us", or "our"), Unified No. 7053820358. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

Our Services

JedX provides web development, mobile application development, and UI/UX design services. The scope, timeline, deliverables, and fees for each project are defined in individual project agreements or proposals. All project work is subject to these Terms unless explicitly stated otherwise in a signed agreement.

Client Obligations

As a client, you agree to: provide accurate and complete information necessary for us to deliver the agreed services; respond to requests for feedback, approvals, and materials in a timely manner; make payments according to the agreed schedule; and not use our services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, JedX retains all intellectual property rights to any code, designs, methodologies, and tools developed during a project until full payment has been received. Upon receipt of full payment, ownership of project-specific deliverables transfers to the client as defined in the project agreement. JedX reserves the right to use general knowledge, skills, and experience gained during a project, and to showcase completed work in its portfolio unless a non-disclosure agreement is in place.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Saudi Arabian law, JedX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or in connection with our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Termination

Either party may terminate a project engagement by providing written notice as specified in the project agreement. Upon termination, the client shall pay for all work completed up to the date of termination. Any provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect, including intellectual property, liability, and confidentiality obligations.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes arising from these Terms or related services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.
